Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Widget Soccer" (the "App"). The App is provided by n11 (the "developer"). By using the App you are treated as having agreed to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a simulation game in which you develop a fictional football player. All club names, player names, national team names, league names, records and articles that appear in the App are fictional and are unrelated to any real organisation, person or competition.

2. Price

The App is free to download, and the first player is free from creation through retirement. Continuing with a new player after retirement, or developing a second player alongside the first, requires a non-consumable (one-time) In-App Purchase at the price shown on the App Store purchase screen. Once purchased, there is no limit on later player creation. This is not a subscription, and the purchase can be restored with the same Apple Account. Regardless of purchase status, optional off-season special training requires watching a rewarded ad to the end; the one-time purchase does not remove or skip ads. Normal career progression continues without using special training. Refunds and related procedures are governed by Apple's policies. Users are responsible for any data charges incurred by ads, purchases or restorations.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users must not do any of the following.

• Copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Act in breach of any law or of public order and morals

4. Intellectual property

The intellectual property rights in the logos, images, video and text contained in the App and on this site belong to the developer. Beyond personal use (such as sharing screenshots), they may not be reproduced or republished without permission.

5. Disclaimer

• The developer does not warrant that the App will run without interruption or error.
• Game content, specifications and balance figures may change through updates.
• The developer is under no obligation to restore game data lost through a change of device, a fault, or deletion of the App.
• Except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damage arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed as necessary. Amended Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
